Cancellation policy Otago Peninsula Motel We realise that even with careful planning, it may become necessary to cancel or change reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation or non-arrival policy is as follows. For a stay of 1-2 night’s notification of cancellation must be received by 4pm 1-day prior to date of reservation. For a stay of 3-4 nights notification of cancellation must be received by 4pm 2 day’s prior to date of reservation. For a stay of longer than 4 nights, or group bookings, notification of cancellation must be received by 4pm 7 day’s prior to date of reservation. If notification is received after these times, we reserve the right to charge half the quoted tariff. Every effort will be made to resell cancelled rooms and if resold then no charges will be made. Any charges will be debited against the credit card number as supplied at the time the reservation was first made.
